Cameroon international goalkeeper Michaely Bihina has started the new season with silverware after helping Benfica Women win the Portuguese Super Cup.

Benfica claimed the Supertaça Feminina with a commanding 5-1 victory over FC Porto, giving the Lisbon giants an early trophy and setting the tone for the new campaign.

The triumph is another highlight in what has been a remarkable period for Bihina, who has quickly established herself among the leading Cameroonian goalkeeping talents in Europe.

The former Racing Power goalkeeper joined Benfica earlier this year and has since been part of a successful spell with the Portuguese champions.

Her club success comes after a standout international campaign with Cameroon at the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, where she played a key role in the Indomitable Lionesses’ historic title-winning run.
