The Fans Club of the University of Bamenda has launched the medal hunt for the University of Bamenda on the 23rd edition of the University Games.
Having won the gold medal in Dschang during the 22nd edition in 2019, the UBa Fans Club is determined to win gold again.
During the cultural tour and carnival announcing the arrival of the games in Ngaoundere, the UBa Fans Club distinguished itself with its display.
According to Nsha Donna Yuninui, one of the UBa Fans Club coaches, they are well-prepared and confident they will win.
“In the Fans Club competition, we work according to the theme and that is what we have done this year”
“This year, the theme is focused on how culture brings peace and sustainable development. So we have worked and made a lot of fabrications in that regard”, Nsha Donna said.
The Fans Club will continue the competition later this Friday afternoon with the flag-hosting competition.
