Notable Ndive Thomas knighted AGAIN for service to the nation

The Senior Divisional officer for Fako, Viang Mekala on high instructions from the Head of State, His Excellency president Paul Biya, knighted Doctor Ndive Thomas on May 20th.

On the occasion of the national day in Limbe, erstwhile South West FECAFOOT president, Doctor Ndive, who is Director Delegate of the Transitional Administration of Port Authority of Limbe, was elevated to the “Grade de chevalier”.

The distinction is eminent merit acquired in the service of the Nation and includes three grades, of which, the Knight comes first, and requires at least 20 years of minimum service.

This is only “another one” on the chest of the seasoned administrator.

Last January, 2023, the paramount Chief of Limbe, His Royal highness John Elufa Manga Williams rallied a significant cast of notables in his palace to celebrate Mr. Ndive, who who was appointed tender board chair of the national oil refinery – SONARA.

Now the honorary president of second-tier outfit ISOHSA, Ndive Thomas was pivotal in helping the club maintain its Elite Two status.

Before venturing into the ISOHSA project, the former SW FECAFOOT supremo shaped the career of many young footballers within and beyond the region.

Ndive’s more than a decade’s reign as president of Victoria United FC brought glory to Limbe and South West Football plus lots more.

These days the football enthusiast is fully focused on other businesses, especially on the daunting assignment given him by the government of Cameroon.

The days ahead represents time for Dr. Ndive to deliver again as many sons and daughters of Limbe await.
