The Cameroon Women’s Football League (LFFC) management body has announced it is postponing the match day 18 fixture between Louves Minprof and relegation-threatened Ngadeu FFA.
The decision was confirmed this week and our finings have it that it is linked to logistics challenges and as part efforts to reduce spending and fatigue of players for the club from the Adamawa region.
Ngadeu is expected to host Awa in match day 19, then travel to Yaoundé to honor their last three games of the season including the delayed game against Louves.
Coach Vladimir Ngadeu face Amazone FAP, champions-in-waiting Lekie and Eclair all in Yaoundé. This scenario makes it worthwhile to stay at home and face Awa before traveling to Yaoundé to wrap up the season.
Ngadeu are currently ranked 11th in the championship with 9 points from 17 games and desperately in need of points to move out of the relegation zone while Louves are sixth with 29 points,a win away from the third spot.
