The Preliminary stage of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) gets underway today as teams attempt to make it to the next stage of the Qualifiers.
Eight teams have been drawn against each other at this stage.
The first match will see Somalia and Eswatini face off this Wednesday, March 20.
In the last two matches between both sides, Eswatini has emerged victorious twice, with no draws or wins for Somalia.
The most recent match between these two teams took place in March 2022, where Eswatini defeated Somalia 2-1
Elsewhere, Djibouti will host Liberia in the second match on Wednesday as both nations seek to go as far as possible in the qualifiers.
Liberia will try to qualify for the AFCON and rekindle the memory of regular qualifications under the leadership of George Weah as a player.
Other games include Sao Tome and Principe against South Sudan.
Chad and Mauritius will also trade tackles in a clash of the underdogs.
