2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) Co-host, Uganda have named their provisional squad ahead of the upcoming continental showpiece slated next month.
The roster was revealed by the national team head Coach Joseph Paul Put in a press conference held at the Federation headquarters on Wednesday morning.
Four goalkeepers, twelve defenders, ten midfielders and ten forwards make the 36 member squad.
The group is expected to commence training on Friday 10th January, 2025 in preparations for the final tournament.
A record seventh appearance for the East African giants, Uganda will be hoping to go past the group-stages for their first time ever in the competitions history.
This year’s edition will run from 1st February- 28th February,2025 in Uganda, Tanzania and debutant Kenya
