Paul Biya Nkoa and Wirba Joseph Dinven are on the provisional list of over one hundred Athletes retained for the 2023 Mount Cameroon race of Hope.
The list made public this February 14 has the names of some regulars like Esombe Lyonga alongside newcomers like Biya and Wirba.
The senior category counts 394 Athletes in all categories of which 77 are women and 317 are men. In all over 650 Athletes will participate in the event.
The communications unit has adviced athletes who have problems about their name to reacts within 48 hours.
The race is scheduled for February 25th from the Molyko Omnisport Stadium to the submit of the mountain and back. Being the 28th edition and its 50th anniversary, the Athletics federation has opted to make it special by adding some innovations.
Orange Cameroon is part of the event as lead sponsor alongside CAMTEL among others.
