Morocco put up an outstanding first-half display to dispatch fellow North African side, Tunisia 4-1 in the return leg of the Paris 2024 Olympics Qualifiers third-round clash on Wednesday.

A hat trick from Ibtissam Jraidi propelled the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup campaigner to the fourth and final round of Olympics Qualifiers.

Fatima Tagnaout scored the first goal of the game with a left-footed shot inside the box which reached the top right corner in the first minute of play.

Jraidi doubled the lead with a right-footed shot into the bottom left corner.

She scored her second goal with another right-footed shot and completed her hat-trick before the half-hour mark.

Salma Zemzem pulled a goal back for Tunisia but it could not prevent her side from a 6-2 aggregate loss.

The Atlas Lionesses will face Zambia in the final round of the qualifiers in April.

All four teams in the final round of the Olympics Qualifiers qualified for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
