Ulrich Audrey Pange Lobe is off to a winning start at second tier Chinese side Yanbiang Longding. The Former EFBC Academy forward played the last 19 minutes of regulation time as his new club defeated Nanjing City 1-0 to make it two wins in six matches this season.

The EFBC graduate of 2016 came on for his first game in the red shirt, helping the club to an important win for ambitious Yanbiang who have endured a tough start to the season, with up to three draws and a defeat registered so far.

Lobe who only joined the club two weeks ago from Avion replaced striker Valdu Tee in the 71st minute with his side needing more in the attacking third to win the game.

The 2017 Cup of Cameroon winner with New Stars of Douala was on for only two minutes before Jin Taiyan scored what turned out to be the winner in the tight contest that marked the best possible start for Lobe.

Yanbiang is sixth on the log with nine points, seven points behind leaders Qingdao Youth Island after six matches.

They are away to Jinan Xingzhou next Saturday in a fixture counting for match day 7 of the championship. Lobe will certainly be pushing for more minutes as part of efforts to contribute to improve results this season.
