Football fever continues to rise as FIFA opens the second phase of ticket sales for the highly anticipated FIFA World Cup 2026, offering fans another golden chance to secure their place at the biggest sporting event on the planet.
Following overwhelming global demand during the Visa Presale Draw, over one million tickets are now up for grabs in this new Early Ticket Draw phase, which runs until 31 October at 11:00am ET (16:00 CET).
Fans from around the world, and especially from the three host nations Canada, Mexico, and the United States, can now visit FIFA.com/tickets to enter. Even supporters who participated in the first phase must re-enter this draw to remain eligible.
Equal Chance for All Fans
The Early Ticket Draw gives every participant an equal shot, the time or date of entry during the open period does not affect the outcome. Fans with a FIFA ID simply need to log in and submit their entry, while new users can easily create an account to join the excitement.
After the entry period closes, residents of the host nations will enjoy a domestic exclusivity time slot beginning 12 November, lasting 72 hours, where they will have priority access to Single Match Tickets for games hosted in their own countries.
FIFA has announced that 75% of the tickets in this phase will be available during this exclusive domestic windowwindow, a gesture of appreciation for local fans as the tournament draws nearer.
Global Excitement at Record Levels
Ticket demand has been historic, with fans from the United States, Mexico, and Canada leading the way in the previous phase. They were followed by supporters from England, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and France, rounding out the top ten nations showing the highest interest.
FIFA World Cup 26 Chief Operating Officer Heimo Schirgi expressed delight at the enthusiasm:
“We’ve witnessed tremendous excitement across the globe, especially from within our host countries. This second phase allows us to thank local fans while ensuring global opportunity as well.”
What Comes Next
After the domestic phase, both host nation residents and global fans who entered the Early Ticket Draw will be eligible for additional randomized selection slots starting 17 November. During these periods, fans can purchase available Single Match and Team-Specific Tickets across the three host countries.
Later phases will follow, including the Random Selection Draw after the Final Draw on 5 December, once the group-stage matchups are known. Closer to the tournament, remaining tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

With 48 teams, 16 host cities, and millions of fans expected to attend, the FIFA World Cup 2026™️ will be the biggest in history, a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of football’s global spirit and unity.
