Internationale Milano have reportedly placed a €40M price tag on their star Cameroonian goalkeeper Andre Onana Onana.

The 27-year-old has been one of the stars of the Italian club as they reached the last four of the 2022/23 UEFA Champions League but he could leave the 2010 winners just a year after arriving from Ajax Amsterdam.

Chelsea are set to end the season without a trophy to their name for the second year in a row. Their goalkeeping department is shrouded in uncertainty due to the poor performances of the options in hand.

Gazetta Dello Sport is reporting enter is open to negotiate and sell their Cameroonian custodian though he still has five years in his current contract at the San Siro.

Sources say Chelsea have scheduled a meeting with Inter officials in the close season with the aim of convincing the Italians to let Onana go even if it means putting Kepa Arrizabalaga or Edouard Mendy in the deal.

Onana is a proven keeper with the capacity to quickly fix Chelsea’s defensive problems within no time thus explaining West Londoners keen interest and Inter’s hefty price-tag.
