GSL: Ita Mbong boost technical crew following addition of Njichu Clovis

Ita Mbong of Nkambe have contracted Njichu Clauvis as their fitness coach as part of efforts to improve their players performances and results going forward.

The club currently occupying the ninth spot after seven rounds of matches in their maiden season in the Guinness Super League appointed Njichu this week as part of efforts to improve the technical team led by coach Shey Ronard.

Njichu, a former MTN Elite One top notch Referee and a certified fitness specialist began work on Wednesday, December 7 and has been with the girls all along as they give their best to be ready to end the club’s poor run of results.

Ita Mbong that face Éclair of Sa’a have lost their last three league games and can pride of picking up only nine points from a possible 21 going into Sunday’s meeting against fifth-placed Éclair that counts 13 points.

The game initially scheduled for Saturday, December 9 has been postponed to the early kick-off fixture of Sunday at the Bamenda University stadium in Bambili. It will be an opportunity for Ita Mbong to pick up their first point(s) at home as they have suffered defeats in three previous home outings.
