Algerian cyclist Hamza Yacine, emerged winner of the second lap, of the Grand Prix Chantal Biya International Cycling Race.
The 2023 Cameroon Cycling Tour winner, covered a distance of 185.2km, from Yaoundé-Ebolowa-Nkoladom within a time frame of 3h46’46,to claim the yellow jersey on October 4.
On the second position came Slovakian rider Chren Martin with a 43km/h . Cameroon’s Clovis Kamzong Abossolo featured on third spot.
Hamza becomes the yellow jersey carrier, with a cumulated time record of 06h20’28. Followed by Moroccan cyclist, Ed-Doghmy Achraf and Slovakian Chren Martin all placed on yellow jersey times.
Cameroon’s Kamzong Abossolo and Kossoko Sadikou occupy the 7th and 10th spots, on the general classification sheet.As well as, featured on the yellow jersey times.
The third lap of the bicycle Jamboree will unfold on October 5th, over a distance of 104.2km between the towns of Ebolowa- Mengong-Sangmelima
