Here, President Polycarpe Kemogne highlighted administrative lapses, team instability, health challenges, poor coaching environment, as the main reasons behind a failed 2022/2023 football season.

Haven recognized these flops, a new executive was set in place to help champion the club’s objective for the forthcoming season.

This new bureau has ensured the recruitment of players, employed a capable coaching bench, which will install discipline, ensure professional organization of games and supervise the evolution of the youth Academy.

The general assembly was also an avenue for its general Manager, Joël Babanda, to present the new staff consisting of Women, Youth, Senior and Reserve squads.

With this new truckload of responsibilities, the executive voted 168 millions frs as the total budget, with 20 million FCFA raised on Sunday. An outcome pleasing to President Polycarp

At the end of the day, Prince Emmanuel Ngassa Happi , President of the Elite committee, cautions the new leaders to produce results as the sole desire of the fans is to see Union at the top of the football pyramid in Cameroon.
