Tufoin Juliette has completed a transfer to Authentic Ladies of Douala on a one-year-contract with an option for an additional season.

The flying winger who once played for Vision Sports of Bamenda joins the club from reigning Guinness Super League champions, FC Ebolowa on the back of a brilliant campaign during which she helped the South Region side win their maiden domestic league title.

Juliette, 22, put pen to paper with the Guinness Super League side on Saturday, June 6 at the Authentic Ladies headquarters in Douala after fruitful negotiations between her entourage and president Ballock John, pending medicals and registration formalities.

The move marks the end of a successful two years stay on the books of FC Ebolowa, and the beginning of a new chapter at a club that has been trying to secure her signature for over a year and nearly ropped her in last summer.

Tufoin who can also play as a right-back is expected to be one of at least ten markee signings to be made by the Littoral club this summer as they aim to add value to their squad and push beyond the top four finish they have achieved in the past two seasons.

Kick442.com understands Authentic Ladies are currently working on a number of high profile signings which could be completed and announced before the end of the month in a massive overhaul that could see the appointment of a new staff.  Amongst the expected newcomers are Nicole Ndjock Pouhe and Achang Cordelia, Tabe Brenda Ebika while captain Tim Shalom could be on her way out of the club.

There is expected to be a mass movement of players during this close season window in Cameroon as clubs and players seek new opportunities to get better before the start of the new campaign.

The new Guinness Super League championship season is expected to start in October with the likes of Lekie Filles, Eclair of Sa’a plus upcoming clubs like FC Ebolowa and Authentic Ladies expected to make challenging for the title more interesting than ever before.
