Che Malone Fondoh Junior of Simba SC, has become one of the rare Cameroonian footballer to qualify for the group stage of the CAF interclub competitions for three consecutive seasons.
The tough- tackling sweeper helped Simba SC achieve another group stage entry last Sunday, after eliminating Power Dynamos of Zambia on away goal rule following a 3-3 aggregate draw.
Che played full throttle for the Tanzanians and added to his CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup group stage appearances during his two seasons at Cotonsport of Garoua.
The 24-year-old Cameroon international joined Simba SC in the build up to the current season and is expected to add value to last season’s semi-finalist especially during the group stage of the CAF primary interclub competition.
