Day 12 matches of the MTN Elite On Elite e championship have come and gone with some shocking results recorded.

After defeating Coton Sports during the first phase of the championship in Yaounde, Fauve Azur travelled to Garoua to pick up another vital three points. The lone goal from Eba Tchebegna Arnold scored the lone goal of the match to hand all three points to Fauve Azur.

Bamboutos FC of Mbouda returned to winning ways with a three zero spanking of Union Douala at the Mbouda Municipal Stadium.

Meanwhile, Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda picked up three vital points away to Avion Academy in Douala thanks to a Cheson Liobinho goal.

Pool A

– Aigle of Menoua 0#1 Dynamo Douala

Dynamo of Douala remains on top of Pool A with a four-point lead after their 0#1 triumph over Aigle. Leonel Christian Ateba Mbida scored the lone goal of the match.

Bamboutos FC 3#0 Union Douala

Bamboutos dominated Union with three first half goals propelling them from 4th to 3rd place while Union now find themselves in the Red zone following their 0#3 defeat.

Canon of Yaounde 2#0 Gazelle FA

Canon maintained their six match unbeaten run with a 2#0 victory over Gazelle, securing second spot in pool A, while Gazelle dropped from third to fourth place.

– Astres of Douala 1#2 AS Fortuna

Despite being at the bottom of the table, AS Fortuna secured their first win in their last ten games with a 2-1 victory over Astres in Douala.

PWD Bamenda 2#0 Colombe

ANAFOOT prodigy Febe Fritz Bongaman and former Yong Sports Academy striker Mael Dindjeke scored both goals for the Abakwa Boys.

Pool B

– Avion Academy 0#1 Yong Sports Academy

Yong Sport Academy climbed up the ranks in Pool B after their 0#1 win over Avion Academy in Douala, securing the 3rd spot. Cheson Liobinho scored the lone goal of the match for Yong Sports Academy.

– Fovu of Baham 0#0 UMS Loum

Fovu of Baham and UMS could not be separated as both teams played a goalless draw, but UMS remains unbeaten in their last five games.

– Stade Renard of Melong 1#2 Victoria United

Richmond Nji scored his ninth goal of the season for Victoria United while Moki Johnson scored the other.
Ako Alexis reduced the scores for Stade Renard.

– Coton Sports of Garoua 0#1 Fauve Azur

Fauve Azur created the biggest upset of the matchday. Eba Tchebegna Arnold scored the lone goal of the match for Fauve Azur as they picked up all three points in Garoua.
