Cameroonian midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa scored and assisted to help Napoli SC beat 10-man Inter Milan of compatriot Andre Onana Onana by 3-1 this Sunday in the penultimate game of the Italian Serie A season.
Zambo was at his best in the middle of the park for Luciano Sphaletti’s side and made sure Napoli proved to the Champions League finalist Inter that they are the best in the land.
Zambo, Di Lorenzo and Guianluca Gaetano scored for Napoli while Rumelo Lukaku’s goal proved to be a consolatory strike.
The game failed to live up to expectations in the opening hour though Onana was the busier of the two keepers.
Zambo got the first goal of the game after 67 minutes. The marrolding midfielder galloped into space before unleashing a belter Onana could only watch.
Lukaku equalized for Inter Milan with five minutes from time, but two goal late goals from the Mangwa Boys was their undoing.
Di Lorenzo scored off an assist from Zambo, before Gaetano completed the rout with the third in the afternoon.
The win is Napoli’s 27th in 36 games this season and takes their points tally to 86 while Inter drop to fourth on the log.
Zambo has scored three goals, made five assists in 34 games for Napoli this season.
