Uganda giants Vipers SC, have sacked Brazilian -Spaniard tactician Beto Bianchi after less than two months in charge.

Bianchi, appointed on 10th January 2023 was brought in to replace Roberto Oliveira who had left the club for Tanzania Giants Simba SC.

Unfortunately, the stay didn’t last as long as they had envisaged as after Wednesday’s 0-1 defeat in the CAF Champions League in Tanzania the club made a decision.

“Vipers Sports Club announces that the contract of head Coach Beto Bianchi has been terminated with immediate effect.

“The club would like to thank Bianchi for his tireless efforts during his time at the club and wish him success in his future endeavors.

We remain ; One Team Dream…. ”

He leaves the Venoms after only seven games in charge and about 58 days.

During his time, the venoms failed to find the back of the net in open play, a tragedy for the club noted for it’s attacking football.

After four games in the CAF Champions League group stages ,Vipers sits at the bottom of Group C with one point they picked against Horoya in a barren stalemate at Kitende.
