Vipers SC bring in another Foreign Coach

The anticipated announcement has come to an end on Tuesday afternoon after Ugandan giants Vipers SC , unveiled Roberto Luiz Bianchi Pelliser as their new Head Coach.

Heavily welcomed and flanked by the Club officials at their home ground in Kitende ,Bianchi joins them on a 2 year employment contract.

Commonly known as Beto Bianchi ,he succeeds the tactician Robertinho who left the club 2 weeks ago for Simba in Tanzania.

The Brazilian- born will be assisted by the his compatriot Roberto Martinez and Richard Wasswa.

“We need a team that is going to develop a winning mentality among the players, so that’s why it took us time to get that kind of coach whom we think would really come out with that,” Club President Mulindwa Lawrence.

On his arrival ,he finds the team in strong mood after adding two January signings in Martin Kizza and Karim Ndugwa.

He will be at task to help Vipers storm out of the CAF Champions Leagues group stages plus a priority to defend the league title with the team currently in 3rd position after the first round.

Bianchi ,a UEFA A Pro license holder has coached sides like Lorco ,Inter Club ,Batavia Union ,Kazma ,but in Africa is remembered for his role at the Angola National Team where he was appointed in 2017.
