The U20 Lionesses of Cameroon will make their first outing in the 2023 South Ladies Cup this Tuesday evening.
Coach Josephine Ndoumou Mike’s team will face Japan in a 6PM kick-off in the four-nations invitational tournament scheduled in Avignon.
Cameroon versus Japan this evening will give coach Ndoumou the chance to continue the development of her squad, though they only got to France 24 hours ago.
Cameroon will follow up the first fixture with games against hosts France on Friday, before concluding their third game of the tournament against Panama 48 hours later.
Lekie Filles of Yaounde striker Tabe Brenda, is expected to be Cameroon’s joker at the tournament given her exceptional goal scoring ability.
