Authentic Ladies FC midfielder and skipper against FAP Tim Shalom Makoma underlined her team’s ambitions to finish top three after 2-1 win away to Amazon FAP.

The Douala-based club recorded a rare away win and returned into the race for a top three finish as they prepare to face Eding Filles next Sunday.

“It’s very important for us to finish top three, this club deserves to be in any of those positions to lay a foundation for a strong next season,” the Cameroon international told kick442.com.

Shalom provided the assist for Solange Larkingam’s opener before Marie Claire Kibinde converted from the spot to seal the win in a turbulent week that saw Fagnia Fagnia Fernandez leave the club’s head coach role.

Shalom only had nice words about

“Moussono? He’s always the same, he’s much easier to work with when you’re winning but it gets tougher when you lose.”

Adding, “We enjoyed working with Fagnia but we now have a new coach. He’s always been very passionate and emotional, Moussono is always Moussono: the team enjoyed the entire coaching staff on Saturday.”
