Reports suggest that Richard Ofori the Ghanaian international has declined an offer to extend his contract with South African team Orlando Pirates.
Ofori, 29, joined the team in October 2020 on a three-year contract which is set to expire this summer.
Although Pirates offered Ofori a two-year contract extension but turned it down as they did not meet his expectations. The goalkeeper reportedly requested a rise in his salary before agreeing to sign an extension. If both parties are unable to come to an agreement, Ofori will leave the team during the summer transfer window.
Ofori spent a number of seasons with Westlan FC a second division club in Accra before he joined Wa All Stars where his performances earned him a move to South Africa.
