Military Women’s World Cup: Cameroon to face Belgium again

The Military Indomitable Lionesses are already in Netherlands for the 14th edition of the World Military women’s football championship, ahead of their day one clash against Belgium on June 29.

Cameroon is lodged in Group C alongside Germany, North Korea and the USA,participating in this edition in place of Mali.

For the second time in a row, Cameroon is been paired in the same group with Germany and the USA, who were host nation of the 13th edition and managed to beat all her opponents before bowing out to France in the final.

The girls of Coach Josephine Mike Ndoumou who finished the competition last year with the best attack and goalkeeping compartment but could only finish second, will go again come Thursday, June 29.

Belgium were whitewashed by Cameroon in their last meeting 0-8, thanks to five goals from Tabe Brenda Ebika.

Cameroon who finished second last year, will be hoping to grab the goal medal this time. North Korea wil be the only new opponent on the group.

_GROUP A: The Netherlands, Nigeria,Uzbekistan,Greece

GROUP B: France, Tanzania,South Korea, Canada.

GROUP C: Cameroon, North Korea, USA, Germany_
