Senegalese and Al-Nasser superstar Sadio Mane has opened the Bambali Stadium, which he built at his own expense for the people of his home village in Senegal.

Initially, the ground was fully muddy and in June 2022 when Mane was pictured playing with his friends during pre-season in the Bambali village.

About a year and six months later, Sadio Mane has officially inaugurated the newly-built stadium, fulfilling a pledge he made to the village.

It should be noted that Mane also built a hospital in his home village.

Mane is currently preparing to lead the Teranga lions of Senegal in the forthcoming Africa Cup of Nations, slated to start on January 13, 2024 in Cote D’Ivoire.
