Mike Luka Kameni Manda – the don of Idriss Carlos Kameni made his professional debut at 18 last weekend in the fifth tier of Spanish football.

Luka who plays as a midfielder started and played the entire game for Marbella FC as they recorded a 2-1 win against Drportivo Huetor in matchday 14 of 30 in the Tercera Division.

The young Kameni came through the academies of Malaga CF and Espanol Barcelona where his dad made a name for himself, but his own journey starts at a different club.

Though his father was already playing in the top-flight championship at his age, the lad has all the time to grow into a top professional given he has had a resounding training at some of the best academies in the World.

Kameni’s debut means his dad joins the likes of Samuel Eto’o, Bill Tchato, Rigobert Song, Joseph Elanga who were international colleagues and now have their sons pushing for a place in the professional circles of the game.
