Cameroonian-born and Indomitable Lioness sweeper, Estelle Johnson will for now and forever be with Jonathan Mason her fiance.
The prolific defender has accepted to marry her longtime boyfriend, Jonathan Mason.The latter shared pictures of her proposal, which unfolded a week ago during her baby shower.
The tobe nursing mother, posted on her Instagram and Twitter handles:
“I can’t lose when l’m with you… And l ‘m so ready to spend the rest of our lives proving that to one another”.
Johnson and partner have made it a priority to raise their child, instilling in him the values of “self- advocacy” and “dialogue”.
She said the values got her to where she is today. “I go into this parenting phase of my life fully confident that, I will be a pretty good example of how to create dialogue around the things that matter, speak when things feel uncomfortable” she said.
Estelle, currently signed with the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) side North Carolina Courage. She born in Maroua, in the Far North region of Cameroon to an American father and a Malian mother.
Leaving Cameroon passing through several countries and ending up in the US due to the nature of her father’s job. She joined the national team in 2019.
