ISOHSA’s Teteh Edwin makes CAF license B squad

  • Former Cameroon internationals Nadia Ndeme Bayela Nadege and Nsim Jacqueline Josiane who also made a name for themselves in the country’s women’s top-flight championship are part of the trainees 

Isle of Hope Sports Academy (ISOHSA) of Limbe fitness coach Ukpa Teteh Edwin has been retained in the shortlist of 25 candidates to train and earn the CAF license B certification during this April 2024 session.

Teteh who missed the MTN Elite Two club’s 7-0 annihilation of Rangers of Bafut at the MTN Arena in Mbouda last Sunday due to the entrance examination for the certification at the CAF Excellence center in Mbankomo made the roaster for the Group 1 CAF license B to run for two weeks.

The former Njalla Quan Sports Academy of Limbe and Dynamic of Buea trainer joined former U-20 Lionesses fitness coach Messumbe Ivo Messumbe, Pierre Cyrille Billong, Obam Parfait plus former Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon duo Nadia Ndeme Bayela Nadege and Nsim Jacqueline Josiane on the list of 25 candidates to train and be certified.

Noted for his astuteness at work, Teteh is expected to make the most of the FECAFOOT-organized course and better his skills through the lessons delivered by the various experts roped in by FECAFOOT.

The likes of former Indomitable Lionesses Cameroon coach Djeumfa Alain, current ANAFOOT General manager Enow Ngachu, the National Technical Director Engelbert Mbarga, Etienne Sonkeng are some of the facilitators of this session of the training.

Coach Teteh had a great debut campaign in the MTN Elite Two championship, helping ISOHSA secure survival via the relegation playoffs with relative ease amidst an amazing display and fitness.

The former University of Buea and Little Foot of Tiko trainer has been praised by many for building one of the fittest teams in the MTN Elite Two championship.
