The SW representatives took total control of the first segment, giving Pouma very little opportunity in their half of the pitch, thanks to the reliability of the midfield compartment comprised of Chi Alex, Skipper Ashu Tabi, Ivan Vachet.

Pouma’s best chance during this half was a corner kick advantage which was poorly taken and equally squandered by Pouma players in ISOHSA’s box, danger cleared by Kingsley Turborg.

Upon resumption, Pouma brought in two players for reinforcement, yet shortly after their entry, Albert Tiku got a hold of the ball from the corner and sent a pass to Babo Brandon who was in a better position to do the finishing but the latter’s strike went to the waiting hands of the goalkeeper.

Known for being the “substitute goalscorer, Dieudonne Onega who was brought in at the 59th minute to replace Ivan Vachet who will be unfair to say did not have a fair game. The first 11 players had an impressive first half.

Brandon missed his chance to a goal validates when he came one on one with goalkeeper Merlin but delayed on the ball with the assumption the defenders he outsmarted were still far behind him, but to his surprise, jc 6 grabbed the ball from behind to clear danger.

All later attempts from Pouma were wasteful in front of goal as the score line remained unchanged, denying the littoral side a second consecutive ticket to the second tier championship after Aigle of Moungo did last year.
