Cameroonian forward Georges Kevin N’Koudou Mbida says he is willing to leave Besiktas if the club wants him out, but on a condition.

The 28-year-old whose performance has been criticized on a number of occasions this season spoke about his time on the books of the club in a recent interview – during which he reaffirmed his commitment but didn’t rule out the chances of moving on.

“I am happy at Besiktas,I don’t want to leave,” the forward who counts four goals in 19 games for the current champions revealed.

The fact that the former Spurs man has only played full throttle in one of his past 12 games for the club and doesn’t start regularly suggests he has become a fringe player. Media reports in Turkey have not helped the situation.

N’Koudou has now agreed separation is an option but on a condition.

“If the club doesn’t want me again, the only thing to do is they pay the fees for terminating the remainder of my contract and I will leave,” N’Koudou whose current contract runs till June 2023 recommended.

The former Burnley and Monaco winger joined the club in the summer of 2019 from Tottenham Hotspur.

He has gone on to score 21 goals, made nine assists in 107 games for the club with whom he has won the Turkish Super League, Cup and Super Cup titles.

N’Koudou was of the Cameroon squad at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar and added two appearances to his international football experience which stands at five games at the moment.
