Lako, a former player for Coton Sports of Garoua, was instrumental in the team’s 1-0 victory over Black Leopards during match day three of the Motsepe Foundation Championship at Thohoyandou Stadium on September 14, 2024.

This match marked Lako’s first appearance since joining Casric Stars during the summer transfer window. His performance has instilled confidence in the coaching staff and management, especially as the team features a competitive roster of four goalkeepers, including Lako.
