Former indomitable lions midfielder Sebastian Sianni, has spoke bitterly about Michael Ngadeu-Ngadjui’s exile from the Cameroon National team.

32-year-old Ngadeu last featured for the indomitable lions on June 09, 2022, in their AFCON qualifier against Burundi at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium, in Dar-es-Salaam.

Cameroon won the game 1-0, thanks to a first half goal from Karl Toko Ekambi, with Ngadeu playing a big role in Cameroon keeping a clean sheet.

Since then, the K.A.A. Gent defender was snubbed by Rigobert song in pre_world cup friendly games against Uzbekistan and South Korea, and eventually didn’t feature in Cameroon’s traveling party in Qatar, despite playing a key role in the indomitable lions securing qualification in Bilda on March 29, 2022.

Ngadeu’s repeated absence from the National team, has raised lots of eyebrows, and now his former teammate Sebastien Sianni, has voiced out his views on Ngadeu’s exile.

“Ngadeu’s dismissal from the national team was indescribably violent. Humanly it was badly handled,” Sianni said on Tuesday during a program on Douala based Radio Sports Infos.

“He pretended to be fine, but he wasn’t. He was thrown out like dirt, he won’t be coming back,” the former K.V. Oostende midfielder added.

Sianni and Ngadeu were instrumental for Cameroon winning AFCON 2017 in Gabon. He also took out time to talk about Zambo Anguissa and Christopher Wooh.

“There is a lot of criticism around Zambo, it’s normal with what he’s doing in Napoli, we still expect a little more from him. He also needs stability, one day it’s Hongla, another day it’s Oum Gouet , he has to adapt regularly.”

Rennes Christopher Wooh impressed in Cameroon’s win against Brazil in Qatar, but Sianni thinks he deserves more.

“Christopher Wooh has to play. I don’t know what speech we gave him. But it is undeniable he must play.”
