Onana, Nagida, Alioum Moubarak headline Cameroon players in action worldwide this Thursday

Cameroonian footballers are set to feature across several competitions worldwide on Thursday, October 22, with André Onana, Mahamadou Nagida, Saidou Alioum Moubarak and Nicolas Moumi Ngamaleu among the established names attracting attention. Teenage forward Miguel Cinoncelli Bilong is also expected to feature in Brazil, while Christian Kofane will miss Bayer Leverkusen’s European assignment through injury.

Onana’s Trabzonspor host Hearts in the UEFA Conference League, while Nagida and Rennes travel to Italy to face Juventus in the Europa League. The two Cameroon internationals will be looking to help their respective sides secure positive results in European competition.

Their involvement today should be confirmed against current club fixtures and matchday squads before being treated as definite.

Kofane, meanwhile, is expected to miss Bayer Leverkusen’s Europa League match against OFI Crete as he continues his recovery from a thigh injury. His absence leaves Bilong among the younger Cameroonian talents to watch during Thursday’s football programme.
