Panthere Sportive of Nde have completed the acquisition of former Bamboutos FC and Dynamo of Douala lead trainer, Yves Clement Arroga.
The experienced gaffer who was once in charge of Cameroon’s Intermediate national team put pen to paper on a three-year-deal this Thursday in Bangante and was immediately unveiled to the media.
The 51-year-old one-time Djiko FC trainer replaces Aboubakar Souleymanou who was dismissed over three weeks ago after losing his club’s opening game on the occasion of their return to the top-flight championship.
The Spanish trained manager has been assigned to guide the Nzui Manto to the top of Cameroon football during his time in charge.
Panthere have had a struggle start to the current season, winning two and playing a draw in their opening six games, but they could draw inspiration from the fact that they recorded an emphatic 4-0 win against defending champions, Victoria United at home in Limbe less than a fortnight ago.
Arroga, 54 must try to overturn the situation of Panthère who have only picked up 7 points this term and are on the seventh spot on the log going into their game against Astres this weekend in Douala.
