Cameroon’s senior men’s Basketball team has inherited Brazil and Montenegro in Group B of the Paris 2024 Olympic games qualifier.
The draw made this Tuesday confirmed Cameroon will face the above-mentioned European and South American opponents in a round-rubbing intercontinental playoffs tournament in Latvia through which they will battle for their ticket for the next year’s event in France.
The Latvia tournament is one of four events expected to be held in four countries from July 2-7 2024 through which 24 nations will battle for the four remaining slots available for the Olympic games.
Cameroonians are hoping coach Lazare Adingono will inspire their team to qualify for the historic event in France.
