Cameroonian striker, Robert Ndip Tambe was on target for his Chinese division one club, Jinan Xinghou as they recorded a 2-2 draw against Jiangxi Lushan F.C in day 21 of the League.

The 29-year-old scored in this encounter in the 14th minute to cancel Weslley’s 2nd minute goal.

Stoppila Sunzu gave Jinan the lead at the 68th minute but this goal was insufficient to fetch his side all three points after Weslley doubled deep into added time to cancel the lead.

Tambe has now recorded his eighth goal since he joined the club from Shaanxi Chang’an in April 2023.

The 2017 African champion has been one of the club’s best in attack this season.

He scored two goals against Heilongjiang Lava that saw his side end up picking at point in the 2-2 draw game on August 12 and equally scored a goal in another two all draw against Shenyang Urban FC on August 20.

Jinan Xinghou sit seventh in the league table with 31points, having recorded eight wins, seven draws and six losses.
