CAMTEL-FECAFOOT Partner to promote Corporate,veteran football

Samuel Eto’o Fils and the General Manager of CAMTEL, Judith Yah Sunday epse Achidi, on Monday, April 17 sealed a one-year partnership deal, with an option for further renewal to promote corporate veteran football.

The colourful and euphoric agreement, took place at the head office, of the Cameroon Telecommunications in Yaounde.

This is a process of fruitful discussions between both entities, whose base was created in January 6, 2023.

The deal paves way for the inaugural edition of the Corporate and Veteran Football Championship to be sponsored by CAMTEL.

Reacting after the signing of the partnership agreement,the General Manager of CAMTEL said;

“We are extremely pleased with the signing of this partnership with FECAFOOT. We want to support football as we have been regularly doing, with other sports disciplines. As the corporate citizen company that we are, we want to continue giving back to our communities and sports is a great opportunity for us,” Judith Yah Sunday epse Achidi said.

The Blue Corpo Championship organized by the Cameroon Football Federation, will be organized in six regions notably; Centre, South West, Littoral, North,South and Adamawa.

Expressing his sentiment of fulfillment,the President of FECAFOOT, had the following to say;

“We are happy to have CAMTEL as one of our key partners in the promotion of football in Cameroon. We thank CAMTEL for trusting us, as we prepare to launch the first edition of the Corporate and Veteran Championship. We look forward to a successful partnership,” Eto’o said.

CAMTEL will make her entry into football with this partnership, after her strong presence in other disciplines like volleyball, cycling and the athletics.
