CAMASEJ, MINAT celebrate collaboration via football

The relation between the Cameroon English Speaking Journalists Association (CAMASEJ), centre region chapter and that of the Communication and Public Relations Department, of the Ministry of Territorial Administration have been celebrated via a football encounter.

Teams representing the above-mentioned institutions confronted each at the Melen Presidential Guard Sports Complex on November 25.

The Territorial Administration team defeated coach and president Ndi Eugene’s team by 7-2.

CAMASEJ national president, Viban Jude watch but couldn’t help his peers avoid defeat against the very efficient territorial administration team.

Mildred Ndum Wung,a MINAT player said;

“It was a wonderful encounter, and the aim was to end the year in a friendly manner. As colleagues, it was important for us to come together celebrate our links. The objective was not for a competitive, but celebrating our collective talents.”

Also present, was madam Juliette Mbella, head of the Communication and Public Relations Department at MINAT to galvanize the players.

Mbinglo Gilles,captain for the Camasej Center chapter, articulated;

“We are glad and satisfied after playing such an interesting encounter against a State institution. As media men and women, it was important for us to promote social cohesion, amongst us. We thank God all went well. And that no major injury was recorded . With the various actors leaving in joy and happiness.”

“Next time, we the CAMASEJ members, will leave no stone unturned to see into it that, we invite our MINAT guests for another soccer encounter,” he said.

Despite the heavy loss, both sides shared a common meal offered by the Communication and Public Relations Department from MINAT after the game.
