Coach Gabriel Haman and the rest of the Cotonsport of Garoua staff are in a happy mood after the medical crew of the club cleared versatile player Aboubakar Siddik and Kokolo Reich returned to first team training on Tuesday.

Both players missed Coton’s recent commitments including the defeat against Mamemlodi Sundowns last weekend, but are now training with the rest of the group.

Kokolo,19, from Congo announced himself in style in the Champions League when he scout on his debut against Leopards in a first-leg preliminary game against Leopards. He was a regular in the team before picking up a calf problem.

Siddik who came through the feeder team of Cotobsport has played wherever the coaches instruct him to and delivered most often than not.

Both men will train with the Coton squad this wednesday as they prepare for Friday’s African football clash of the most successful clubs in Cameroon and Sudan.

Cotonsport topping Group B from the bottom hope to get the better of second-placed Al Hilal who are fresh from a win against third place Al Ahly who also confront leaders Mamelodi Sundowns this weekend.
