Bundesliga: Choupo Moting grabs third consecutive league title with Bayern

Cameroon’s Eric Maxim Choupo Moting has won his 3rd Bundesliga title with Bayern Bunich, following a 2-1 win over Koln to finish first in the league after day 34.

The Bundesliga giants outsmarted Borussia Dortmund who failed to defeat Mainz, to grab the title for the 11th time on goal difference after both sides finished on 71 points.

This 3rd title for Choupo Moting marks a successful end of the 2022/23 football season and equally landing Thomas Tuchel his first ever goal Bundesliga title after replacing Julian Nagelsman two months back.

The 34-year-old Cameroonian striker came in as substitute and got engaged for 19 minutes to emerge champion, thanks to goals from Kingsley Coman and Jamal Musiala.

Choupo crowns the Bundesliga season with ten goals plus two assists recorded in 19 games. He finishes as Bayern Munich’s top scorer this season.

He won his first became champion of German when he joined Bayern in 2020, retained the title last season and for their third time in a row he experiences success once again.
