- Bagofit Sun City gets cycling race
- East region culture to go on projection
Preparations ahead of the second edition of the Bagofit Sun City Cycling tour, have reached fever peak, as the locality of Bagofit, East region of Cameroon has been given a face-lift, through the opening and construction of some major roads by the Military Engineering Corps .
Organized by the Cameroon Cycling Federation in partnership with the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform, Joseph Anderson Le, elite of Bagofit. And placed under the Patronage of the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education.
The various commission heads have been putting their efforts together, to leave no stone unturn for the success of the cultural and bicycle fiesta.
The second edition of the Bagofit Sun City Cycling race,to unfold on November 25,will bring together some 100 cyclists from ten regions
Both male and female cyclists shall paddle from urban areas, passing through the rural settings of coacoa, banana and palm oil plantations.
Apart from the cycling Jamboree,there shall be a trade fair, to serve as an ideal platform for the exposition of the rich cultural diversity of the East region. Focus will be on the meals and cultural artifacts of the sunrise region.
