The close contest between two of the most consistent outfits this season in the Guinness Super League lived up to its billing for the hundreds of women’s football faithful that turned out at the Ngoa Ekelle stadium.

Though the lethal finisher was guilty of squandering gilt-edge opportunities, her goal was enough to bag all three points on offer.
