Celebrated Cameroonian Referee Atezambong Carine Fomo has been appointed Video Assistant Referee(VAR) for the nail-biting 2023 U17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) quarter-final game pitting Morocco against hosts Algeria this Wednesday night at the The Mohamed Hamlaoui stadium in Constantine.
The experienced Cameroonian is part of the cream of officials retained by the Confederation of African (CAF) to oversee the edgy contest.
