Uganda custodian Vanessa Karungi joins Danish side

Crested Cranes national goal keeper Vanessa Karungi has officially completed a move to Denmark top flight side Nordsjaelland.

The experienced custodian makes a switch from B.93 where she spent almost 3 seasons.

Her performances and brilliance impressed the team’s scouts and her addition hopes to bring competition to the goalkeeping department.

The 23 year old becomes the club’s first signing ahead of the new season.

Moving from the second tier to the top division comes as a huge step in her career.

Vanessa ,was part of the cranes Contingent that featured at the WAFCON tournament in Morocco and is one of the highly rated in her position at home.

She becomes the second Ugandan to feature for Nordsjaelland after Natasha Shirazi who played for the same side in 2019.
