Manchester City’s gaffer has admitted Andre Onana in goal for Inter Milan during their meeting at the UEFA Champions League final, is a major concern.

Pep Guardiola fears the footwork of the Cameroonian goalkeeper could make a difference when City clash with Inter this Saturday in Istanbul.

The 52-year-old Spanish manager confirms his side will be going against an opponent with a tight back line especially at goal, stating Onana’s credibility is one thing they would not minimize.

“Onana is exceptional with his feet, it’s something we have to take note. We know that Inter, like us, would want to win…This will be a tough game because of their defensive structure, must especially having the best goalkeeper in the competition guard their goalpost.

Guardiola is aware this will a very tough battle and just like he wishes, Inter Milan as well will want to win, though he fears the hurdles that may cause him the title.

Andre Onana voiced out few days ago he is not going into the final to lose and promised to do his best to fetch Inter Milan the tittle, since they last grabbed it in 2010.

Onana,27, is rated the best goalkeeper in the Champions League this year for his incredible performances since day one of the competition.

The last time Guardiola’s city faced an African goalkeeper in the Champions league final, was Edouard Mendy with Chelsea(2021) and it was Chelsea who emerged champion.

Inter Milan will oppose Manchester City on Saturday, June 10 in Istanbul,Turkey.
