Women’s third tier Spanish side Getafe have completed the signing of exciting Cameroonian midfielder Rose Michelle Priso Guidjam from Guinness Super League Talent miners Eclair of Sa’a.

Rose’s shock move to Spain was confirmed by her entourage to the kick442.com team barely days after the midfielder was in charge of her Cameroonian club’s midfield in the season opening defeat to Lekie Filles.

Priso has signed a one-season-deal with the club which will see her link up with compatriots Raissa Mbappe Etoundi and Eliane Mambolambo who have been at the club for some time now.

The 23-year-old is the second midfield export to Europe from Eclair in the past six months, following the transfer of Ngock Monique to Reims last August on the heel of a brilliant outing at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

The move provides the first opportunity abroad for the former under-17 Lioness’ midfielder who attended the 2016 FIFA World Cup tournament in Jordan and featured in all three Group games.

A handful of Cameroonian girls ply their trade in Spain most of whom were groomed in the Guinness Super League.
