Transfer: Luka Kameni, Carlos’ son moves to Malaga

Spanish Amateur club, Malaga City have completed the signing of Mike Luka Kameni Manda, Idriss Carlos Kameni’s son from fellow Spanish side FC Marbella on a two-year contract.

The 19-year-old was unveiled on Wednesday after all parties agreed formalities and medical for the switch was completed.

Kameni who plays as midfielder returns to the City he previously played with the Malaga Youth team during the 2021/22 season.

Kameni is expected to bring fresh impetus to the Malaga City FC team as they push to graduate to higher divisions in Spanish Football.

Besides the above-mentioned, the midfield anchorman has also spent a year at Espanyol reserves.

Born in Barcelona in February 2004 while his father was playing for Espanyol Luka grew up in Spain and holds the country’s citizenship, though he remains eligible to represent Cameroon through his parentage.

He hasn’t played for either Cameroon or Spain at any category of the national team.
