Three Cameroonian match officials get AFL appointment

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has picked Guy Elvis Noupoue Ngougoue, Atezambong Carine and Divine Evehe as three of its match officials for the quarter-final match up of Enyimba and Wydad Casablanca in the inaugural matches of the maiden edition of the African Football League to begin later this month.

According to kick442.com sources experienced Noupoue has been appointed first assistant Referee of the Enyimba versus Wydad game game in Nigeria while Atezambong is the second assistant referee of the return game in Casablanca, Morocco.

Evehe on his part will travel to the DR Congo. The FIFA Referee instructor has been made referee assessor for the TP Mazembe versus Esperance of Tunis clash in Lubumbashi.

The first-leg games will be played on the weekend of October 20, 21 and 22 while the return games are scheduled for next weekend.
