Caiman Filles head coach Tatiana Eboumbou is refusing to give up on her side’s chance of avoiding Guinness Super League relegation, despite missing another opportunity to pull themselves out of danger.

Tatiana watched on as Caiman suffered a seventh defeat in nine matches against Amazone FAP at the Ngoa Ekelle stadium this Thursday in an advanced match day nine fixture.

Buh Confidence scored twice for Ndoumou Mike’s side as the Military girls strengthened their bid to finish in the top half of the table with a 6-1 win.

But Tatiana is refusing to give up the ghost, despite her side just above the relegation zone with three nearly half-way into the season.

‘I do believe we can win games. We have identified the problem. We got our transfers wrong,’ said Tatiana.

‘We will not be relegated,’ the coach vowed before leaving Yaoundé.

Caiman who are one of the regulars in the championship have struggled since the start of this season. Their only points were recorded from a 2-1 win against fellow relegation battlers Ngadeu FF.

They need real motivation to get results to finish above Ngadeu FFA and Canon Yaounde who are the only side below them and also aspiring to escape the bottom position which amounts to relegation.

The rest of the match day nine fixtures of the Guinness Super League championship will be played this weekend with the exception of the clubs that are still engaged in the Cameroon Women’s Day cup tournament.
