The January transfer window was yet another market for the Abakwa Boys to sign off some cool players.
The target market this time around was mainly the regional league with the center forward role the main target.
A fine striker in former Santos FC captain Ebua Dieudonne was the first target and sealing this deal was eminent.
Ebua came in on high recommendation as the top goal scorer of the North West Regional football league and also had trials with the team.
Ngwainbi Francis champion of the North West Regional football league with Hilltop Strikers was the second to be added by the Abakwa Boys in the transfer window.
Francis had a fantastic season with Hilltop Strikers going right to the semi finals of National interpools.
Francis had one man of the match award during the mini Interpools and with several league goals to show for.
Ag the National interpools Francis scored 2goals in 4appearances and also earned one man of the match award.
He has engaged with the 2021 Cameroon cup winners for a period of three years and will earn over 200,000 francs per month.
Ndiforchu Blaise, a goalkeeper turned striker also comes in with high recommendation after recording 4goals last season with Rangers FC Bafut in the elite two championship.
He is in his second spell in the elite one but now as a Striker. In his first spell he was a goalkeeper with Yong Sports Academy but injury kept him out for sometime, after which he returned a refined striker.
The most recent signing is a former Abakwa Boy who now returns after a spell with West Regional league outfit NGV of Dschang.
Heka Ebobgue the midfield sensation is now an Abakwa Boy after their attempt to take NGV to elite two ended at the semi final level when they lost to Victoria United at the Limbe Ngeme stadium at the National interpools.
The newbies in the Abakwa Boys’ locker room have all been registered and will be available for selection come February 12th when the Elite one returns.
